About Finwin Weather Forecast
With FinWin Forecast, you receive accurate, detailed weather forecasts for up to 5 days. The forecast is delivered in XML (WDDX), giving you the flexibility to display the data however you wish. Unlike most FinWin services, Forecast does not require a "Post" operation to receive the data. The URL for FinWin Forecast is http://www.finwin.com/ProcessCT/ProcessWeather.cfm Along with the above URL, there are several parameters you must pass through the URL:

ID=Your FinWin ID
Type=query
Request=forecast
To receive data for a specific area of the country, you must also pass one of the following:

Zip=5 digit Zip code (ex. 68133) - fastest and preferred method or
City=City name

Because City can return multiple records (there are many Bellevue's), you may also include State=StateCode (two letter postal abbreviation - NE) to narrow your search.
