About Finwin Soap
Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) is fast becoming a standard for exchanging data and objects between servers. Finwin supports this standard with a simple, straght-forward, easy to use implimentation of a SOAP based web-service. Using Finwin SOAP, you can get all the categories of quotes and news available to you with our WDDX feed - and you can consume these services natively using any .NET aware software, or using any one of the popular programming "soap toolkits" from such vendors as IBM, SUN and Microsoft.

Finwin does not yet support WSDL or UDDI or for automatic discovery of services within your software. Instead, FinWin's SOAP interface is limited to a basic packet exchange that keys off of the SOAPAction header. Simply pass the FinWin Soap handler URL your request packet with the approach SOAPAction and Finwin will return a response packet containing the data (or a soap fault).
